The following terms and conditions apply to all persons who purchase tickets to A Midsummer Night’s Dream @ Centennial Park. Please read them carefully.

1.0 Terms of Sale

1.1 Tickets sold by Night Sky Productions are subject to the following terms and conditions:
1.2 All ticket sales are final and non-transferable. Night Sky Productions does not provide refunds. Refunds and exchanges will not be made for inadvertently booking the wrong performance. Refunds will not be given for a cancellation or termination due to adverse weather conditions.

1.3 If a performance is cancelled or terminated by Night Sky Productions due to adverse weather conditions, tickets will not be refunded. Cancellation is at the discretion of Night Sky Productions Management and can be made prior to or during a performance. Tickets will be revalidated automatically to permit re-entry. Bar codes on revalidated tickets must be intact. Revalidated tickets can be used to gain entry to any performance for the remainder of the season (subject to capacity)*. Entry is not guaranteed when using a revalidated ticket. Night Sky Productions or its agents or partners may retain any service or booking fee it has charged on the original tickets. * Entry is not guaranteed.

1.4 In the event that a performance is cancelled by Night Sky Productions, an announcement will be left on the voice recording line 9664 4234, and a notification will be posted on the home page of this website.

1.5 If a performance is cancelled or terminated due to a decision by the host venue or other occurrence outside of Night Sky Productions’ direct control, Night Sky Productions at its sole discretion may allow re-entry to another performance (subject to capacity)* upon presentation of intact tickets for the cancelled performance. Night Sky Productions or its agents or partners may retain any service or booking fee it has charged. *Entry is not guaranteed.

1.6 If a performance is cancelled or terminated due to mechanical breakdown Night Sky Productions will refund the face value of each ticket upon return to Night Sky Productions of intact tickets. If a refund is made, Night Sky Productions or its agents or partners may retain any service or booking fee it has charged.

1.7 Staff working at Night Sky Productions sites are not able to provide refunds.

1.8 Night Sky Productions reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute performance dates and to vary advertised prices, seating arrangements or audience capacity without notice.

1.9 Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from one of Night Sky Productions’ authorized points of sale.

1.10 Night Sky Productions reserves the right to charge patrons for the replacement of lost or damaged tickets.

1.11 Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable time during the performance.

1.12 GST will apply to all goods and services supplied through this site.


2.0 Privacy and access

2.1 Any personal information that Night Sky Productions collects from your use of this web site will be maintained in accordance with Night Sky Productions’ privacy policy.

2.2 Night Sky Productions may refuse access to this web site at any time in its sole discretion.


3.0 Variation

Night Sky Productions reserves the right to vary the terms of sale at any time. Variations become effective upon posting on the web site. By making a purchase through this site after the terms and conditions have been varied you agree to be bound by the variation.
