CONDITIONS OF ENTRY TO “A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM” @ CENTENNIAL PARK

1. Night Sky Productions does not guarantee entry to persons who have not booked for a specific session.

2. Upon purchasing a ticket to the performance the purchaser agrees to be bound by the rules and regulations of the venues in which Night Sky Productions operates.

3. Persons holding Complimentary tickets, 'Admit One' open-dated tickets, and Gift Tickets may enter subject to capacity. Conditions of entry apply.

4. These conditions of entry include, but are not limited to:

5. Patrons may not damage or remove any vegetation or property belonging to the venue or Night Sky Productions whether that vegetation or property is within or outside the designated Night Sky Productions site.

6. Patrons must remain within Night Sky Productions’ permitted areas where instructed to do so by Night Sky Productions staff or agents.

7. Open flames of any sort may not be brought into or used in a Night Sky Productions site.

8. Night Sky Productions reserves the right to eject any person/s who is intoxicated and/or causing a disturbance to other patrons; such person/s will not be entitled to a refund or exchange of tickets.
