At the Box Office: You can visit the box office at Belvedere Amphitheatre, Centennial Park, gates open at 6pm, however tickets are subject to availability.

What happens if it rains?
If a performance is cancelled due to rain before gates open time www.thedream.net.au will show the session as cancelled.
If the Night Sky Productions manager at the venue declares the session a "rain out" an announcement will be made advising you that the session is cancelled and your ticket will be automatically revalidated as a rain-out ticket and that it can be used for another night later in the season. It can only be used at the venue for which it was originally booked. It is only valid for the 2007 season.
If the rain out happens on the last night of the season, there will be no refunds.
You must hold on to your tickets and they must be intact to be permitted to re-enter on the later date.
What if I pre-booked but decided not to go because it looked like rain?
It might not have rained at the venue, so the performance might not have been cancelled. You can check online at www.thedream.net.au
If the performance is declared a rain out by the Night Sky Productions manager at the venue, all tickets purchased for that session will be revalidated and can be used for another night later in the season. Print out your ticket or take your credit card to the venue and ask for a replacement ticket to be printed. Night Sky Productions does not refund tickets in the event of a declared rain out.
I made a mistake with my booking, can I receive a refund?
Tickets booked with Night Sky Productions, are not transferable to other performances. Furthermore, Night Sky Productions will not issue refunds for incorrect bookings. Please ensure your booking is correct before completing the transaction.
How can I buy tickets to A Midsummer Night’s Dream?
You can purchase tickets for cash at the gate. To purchase tickets over the phone you must use a credit card. If you purchase with a borrowed credit card and wish to collect your tickets at the gate you must take the credit card (and its owner) that was used to purchase the tickets when you go to collect them.
I booked tickets to a particular session but have changed my mind/plans. Can I get a refund or transfer my tickets?
No, bookings for A Midsummer Night’s Dream sessions are final and refunds are not available. Please see our terms and conditions.
What proof of identification is required if I want to buy a concession or senior's ticket?
To purchase a concession ticket, you must provide a valid student or transport concession card or a valid unemployment, pensioner or Health Care Card. To purchase a senior's ticket, you must provide a valid Seniors Card.
Do you allow carers in for a reduced price?
Carers attending a disabled person will be admitted at the child/senior price upon identifying themselves at the gate via the person they are caring for.
What age are children classified as?
A concession ticket can be purchased for children aged between 12 and 16 years.
Do you charge booking fees?
Yes, if you want to book your place/s at a particular session. Night Sky Productions will charge a booking fee for tickets purchased via the telephone booking service to secure your place at your selected performance. The booking fee is NOT included in the price of the ticket.
What is Night Sky Productions’ refund policy?
You must retain your ticket until after the session is over.
In the event that a session is cancelled or terminated due to adverse weather conditions Night Sky Productions will allow re-entry to another performance during the 2007 season (subject to capacity) upon presentation of intact tickets for the cancelled performance.
Night Sky Productions does not refund for weather-related cancellations.
In the unlikely event of cancellation due to mechanical breakdown Night Sky Productions will refund the face value of each ticket upon return to Night Sky Productions of intact tickets. In this case you must return your tickets to the address found on the contact page.

Can I bring alcohol?
A Midsummer Night’s Dream @ Centennial Park is a BYO event. There is no alcohol on sale at the venue, though soft drinks, water and juices will be available or you can bring a picnic with food and drinks.
Can I bring chairs? What are the seating arrangements?
Low beach chairs are available for hire at the venue. Prices are $5 plus a $10 refundable deposit. Alternatively you can bring low beach chairs, cushions, blankets and rugs.
How do I get there?
Shakespeare’s “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” is located at Centennial Park, Belvedere Amphitheatre (corner Loch Ave & Broome Ave). Enter from Woollahra Gate off Oxford St, Paddington.
By bus: routes 380 or 382 run regularly along Oxford Street and stop at Centennial Park. Route 378 runs regularly between Central Station and Bondi Junction, and stops at Centennial Park.
By train: get the train to Bondi Junction and connect with the 355 bus that stops on Oxford Street near the Woollahra Gates to Centennial Park.
By car: refer Sydways Map 67 Ref C7 for the venue location.
Where can I park?
There is parking on Oxford St and limited event parking available within Centennial Park. Carrington Drive is open from 6pm one way eastbound only, for Night Sky Productions patron parking. Vehicle entry is via Paddington Gates, Oxford St.
What time do the gates open and the performance start?
Gates open at 6.30pm and the performance starts at 7.30pm.
